Our work plan begins with the prior analysis of the assets that allows us to make a first assessment, and therefore provide our client with objective data, very useful, when deciding how to act. Our work plan continues, as required, with: exhaustive asset valuation, appraisal proposal if necessary, physical analysis of the property; with a rehabilitation proposal in order to improve its commercial value and, where appropriate, a more viable marketing proposal. The cost of the prior analysis of the asset is only included if the action plan proposed by Innvita professionals is approved and contracted by the client.
